Is it just on my phone or are other K750 owners also experiencing performance issues when playing music in the media player?
Even in the media player itself everything is jerky in the menu's, bringing up other menu items takes ages (ok, seconds... but still shouldn't do) and everything is just really slow as long as the music is accessed.
The songs are stored on my 512MB Memory Stick, but the same happens when songs are on the supplied 64MB card...
Otherwise my phone is performing absolutely flawlessly, and I see no slowness when accessing pictures stored on the card... Only when playing mp3 songs in the media player...
Won't quit using my iPod just yet... But would like this issue being resolved, otherwise music isn't really an option as I can't really do anything else whilst listening...

I have absolutely no problems with slownes when playing music in the mediaplayer.
Playing an mp3 file, minimize the player, and I can browse pictures and everything in the same speed as normal with no effect on musicplayback either.

ill second that. not only does my k750 work amazingly fast, but ive tested just how much powerful it is.

i opened a 3D java game and minimized it, then went to the media player and opened an mp3 and minimized it, and then i started navigating and it was still fast, i then opened stopwatch and minimized it and it worked perfect !!! im impressed !!!

How could you minimize your 3D Java game?

I've a K700 and AFAIK I can just stop the game..
Is that a new K750 feature?

The new activities button above the joystick allows you to minimise running Java apps or choose different functions whilst not closing another.

Much like a smartphone.
