Any idea if the K750i will be able to control the car.
I guess you'd have to charge it off the k700?
Any ideas? |

why cant you charge te car using the K750i?? does it use a different charger???? |

K750 will control a car-100, but you'll have to use an older SE phone or charger to charge it...  |

or... someone can invent an adaptor to make it go from new charger port, to old charger port

it would probably have to be a 3rd party adaptor though as SE told me yesterday there are no plans for them to produce one

I just kicked over my car-100 and it works well with the K750 apart from one glitch - it doesn't load the "car-100 speed 2" or whatever it says on the screen that comes up on my K700 or T610.
Consequently as you use the joystick to control the car it also operates the phone functions as you press the joystick. So I go into an empty playlist, where all the joystick movements for the car don't keep opening and activating phone functions!
I use my old T610 or T100 as a charge station.

Are they really???? I thought the K750/D750 and W800 all shared the same connectors.... :-S

i think he means the ports on both the K750 and W800 are different to those on the K700 and earlier... |
