Removing K500i Front Cover |

Hi.
A Newbie to the forums.
I want to remove the front cover of my K500i. How do you do this? I can remove the back cover (obviously) and take the battery out, but I don't know what to do next.

I think its the same as the K700 in that there are no screws but it is simply clipped on extremely tightly.
There should be a series of tabs inside the back of the phone which u need to push through to release it.
It's hard to get off though (at least K7 is, never tried a K5)

I see what you mean. But I'm having trouble. I tried to use a flat headed screwdriver, but I don't want to snap the fittings.
The problem is I've got a scratch on the outside of the screen. About 1 inch long, not too deep. It could maybe polish out with something, or I might just buy a new front cover from somewhere. |
