Feed up with phone calls |

I'm now totally feed up with sales people ringing at least 5 times a day on my home phone , we are ex directory and still get the damm calls.
I am so rude to them now but like clockwork get another call from the same company just a different person the next day.
How are they getting my phone number so easy ?
I have a second line for business but get none on this line.
If your one of these people ' STOP RINGING ME '

I don't care matey , they get on my nerves. If they took the answer as no and then never called again fair enough but to keep trying just drives me mad.

I get quite a lot of sales calls after 6pm, i just slam the phone on them. makes me feel good

It seems to have got worse in the last 6 months.....
If i want a service i will call a company myself when needed, i don't need people offering me windows,phones,cars and god knows what else.

whenever i get5 a call like that ill awnser ocne, then hang up and save the number, they will eventually call back, and ill awnser with something like "Thank you for callign McDonalds, How may I help you?" or... "Dominos pizza, we deliver"

There is a number you can phone that stops any sales people phoning you.
I was a bit skeptical but did it and after about a month we hardly ever get any calls from sales people!
I'll try and find the number...

All you have to do is tell them to take you off their direct marketing list and they'll stop (at least they should if they're in any way a semi decent company)
If they can't log something to do so, ask to speak to their supervisor then and there. |

We have been on the Telephone Preference Service register for about 2 months, we still get the annoying calls!!
You can complain to the TPS, but you need details of the company making the calls!! We tend to hang up before they tell you where they are calling from!!
