Internet pics not saving on K700i |

HI,
When browsing for e.g. the yahoo images on my K700i I use the save option to save the picture on my mobile but only an open box is displayed instead of the picture. Can anyone tell me how to save pictures while browsing the net from my mobile?

The pics you're downloading are the wrong file type to be displayed on the K700i. Ideally you want a .jpg file though there are some others that work too.
I don't know of any way that the K700i can change the file type.
What I do is browse via PC, download the pics, key in the appropriate file type where necessary and then Bluetooth to K700i. Works a treat!

Thanks for the info. I do that too but when im at home and too lazy to use the PC I use my k700i
I'm sure some of the pics must be a .jpg file coz I saved quite a no. of pics on diff occassions and not one displayed. It instead saved as an open box with a musical note. Most of the pics using Yahoo - Images search displays as either bmp, jpg which are supported by the K700i.
