I have a problem with my Z800i, I have placed files on my memorystick (mp3's.)

But the phone can't find them when I want to play them, I can't find the musicfiles anywhere, whats the problem?

Check to make sure you have them in the right folder ;-)

Yes that have I allready done! I have them in the right as Sony Ericsson call center also said.

Maybe they arent well encoded. What player do u use to listen to them?If its the default one b sure u set it to show u ALL the songs

maybe they didnt get there in the first place..try sending another one to check if you face the same problem..and is the external storage memory depleting??
