hey guys when i try to save a picture through WAP on my k500 it gets save in 'php3' format which the phone cant display

what should i do?

You can't do much through wap. php3 is a programing language for websites that can resize images. That is why is says php3. Send the image to a pc and change the extension to .jpg or .gif. PM me for more info.

no, php is a programming language for dynamic webpages, with changing content, or for use with databases - such as the esato forums run using php coding on the pages - its nothing to do with resizing images.

Ok lets clear this up a little.

php is a html embedded scripting language. Most of its syntax is taken from Java, Perl, and C I think, with a few unique php specific features included. it is mainly used by web developers as it can be used to make dynamic sites easily.

Also the GD library is not just used for resizing images, it can also be used to create graphs and charts.

And just so you know I've been designing websites using php for about 4 1/2 years now.
