Which phone do you think I should get and why?
BEFORE you say it, I KNOW that the K300i is far superior to the T630, but this is not an issue 'cause I only buying the phone for "My Friends" and already own a Z1010 & F500i.
I am comparing these phones more from a design, My Friends, package contents and reliability perspective...
So, what do you guys think I should get and why?
Note: They're virtually the same price, so this isn't an issue...

The only thing that the T630 has over the K300 is bluetooth. Really it comes down to which do you prefere the look of. personally I prefere the T630.

Well it's pointless me asking about design, because I know which one I like- the T630; I think the K300i is ugly, BIG time (plus the keys are itty bitty)!
What about build-quality, package contents and reliability?

Take the T630! Better looking big time!
Everything was ugly, but your beautiful face. |

I really love the Black T630 one, though basing the parameters of our choosing by the fone's latest - features, I will definitely go for the Blue K300i here. It looks like a 'small brother' of the K700i

What do you think of the build-quality and reliability of each phone?
I've heard the T630 has a lot of problems (particularly with the keypad and joy stick), and the K300i looks very cheaply made...

The quality of the T630 is fine. But do get the black one since it has got better buttons than the white on. The white one has rubber buttons on which the text will come off and the will be harder to use.

Interesting that they use different keypads...
Usually when manufacturers offer a model in different colors, the hardware is identical.
I think I can only get the black version anyway; most stores are sold-out of the T630 (which is now discontinued) and I'm buying off a mate, whom I'm pretty sure only has black in stock...
Thanks for the tip!

I know you own a F500i, but what about a K500i? It's the same price as T630 and cheaper than K300i and it's way better

Does the T630 include anything (special) in the package that the K300i does not, or vice-versa?

I WOULD get a K500i, but depending on where you buy it from, it's anywhere up to $200 more than the T630 or the K300i!
The K300i is $249 (with an additional $50 to unlock it); the T630 is $299 but because I'm buying it from a good friend of mine's store, I'll probably get it a little cheaper; and the K500i is between $400 and $500!

Wow, that's pretty expensive for a k500i! Here in Belgium I bought one for my girlfriend 2 weeks ago and paid 139 EUR!
Don't know exactly how much it is in Australian $

This is why Australia sucks- everything (especially anything electrical) is twice the price of the rest of the world!
