i visited the sony ericsson shop today and they quoted 4.6 million (about 485 bucks) for a pre-order for the black k750. u guys think its worth it?

A buck is slang for a US dollar.
When he said 4.6million however, i thought WTF !

Indonesia's currency is one of the hardly hit during the Asian Crisis in 1997. Just imagine if that 4.6M is in US dollars That can already buy you a Miss USA I guess

Im sorry, i just cannot understand foriegn currencies which count into the thousands or millions for simple things. 
For example, a Playstation 2 game costs about £30 in the UK, in Japan, it costs about 5,500 Yen. How do people calculate prices when everything is done in thousands and millions !

welcome to indonesia, where six digits currency is usual business. i think it is not worth it. wait untill 3 months, the price will drop significantly while the product still not loosing its glitches.

@ rizqi- di sony ericsson pondok indah. kebetulan mo ngebetulin hape tiba2 kutipan harganya ada. katanya minggu depan uda keluar.
@sapi- emang sih not worth it cuz price will go down loads. sabar saja lah.

there is always a price to pay for using it prior.
i really hope SE can move forward in high-end phones with less cost price.
any news on SE umts phone in indonesia

the z1010 in indo is only 2.5 million which translates to about 268 dollars at the moment, i think its a good buy. however, thre is no guarantee as it is under the black market, with no guarantee. the k750 will be out next week here. will let u guys noe on the price, all unlocked here

i am waiting on!!!!! do'h i like the k750 coz i used to have k700 and love it indeed, but i think the z800 is teasing coz i like the flip models more  tough decision to make, just want to get whichever comes out first |
