WIN XP SP2 Bluetooth Problem |

I have a bluetooth dongle that i'm using on my pc to synch/transfer data with my p910i.
I reformatted by PC a couple of days ago. Then, I reinstalled the software for the bluetooth dongle. I found out that i'm not getting all the bluetooth services i used to have before formatting. I no longer have the file transfer (through browsing the phone), push service, call tranfer to PC. In fact, i only have the service of using the bluetooth as a serial modem.
I have also noticed that i now have two bluetooth icons in the task bar. One with a light blue color and smaller size than usual in addtion to the usual old bluetooth icon (larger size) which is now in purple indication that no bluetooth device is connected.
Before, the second icon (that reads "Bluetooth on Slimfady") used to have all the services in addtion to a configuration wizard that no longer exists now.
Anyone has a clue on this problem?
thanx

when you install XP2 over an existing bluetooth installation then XP2 does not enable its own bluetooth support but if do as you have done an install XP2 first and then your own BT dongle driver you get the problem you describe
take a look at the following thread

or more specifically, this microsoft knowledgebase article
