I can't see folder GAMES on my PC whit any "FILE MANEGER" program

This is correct. I believe the reason is so that you cannot get games off of the phone onto your PC.

The folder is hidden to protect copyright theft of the games.
Its normal not to be able to see it.

This is why you cannot send games/apps to others via bluetooth or infra-red, don't want you sharing files that you would have to pay for.
You can still send games and apps to the phone, it will place it in the correct folder for you. |

if youre phone is connected to your pc..that shouldnt be a prob...just download all the games to the pc and send he jar files to the phone..that way you can keep changin the games...but yes...it wouldve been nice to be able to send games directly from the phone
