I have had so many problems with my T68 I think I am on my 4th phone or something. I have upgraded it to the T68i software but still experiance simular problems, and more. Well the biggest problem that I have always had is the phone reseting itself when doing nothing, Sony Ericsson admits that this could be result of battery error. Another problem is that the phone freezes, result of software issues conflicting with different networks. GPRS cut outs/phone resests, major software issues, alone with service providers unable to work these to together. So these are some of the problems, asides from the phone dropping out on me all the time while on a call, or trying to make a call. Never the less they said that they are going to replace my battery and see how that goes, so who knows. People with the T68i what problems do you experiance with yours cause the M has given me so many problems over these months.

Tezza, if you can find a T68m with hardware version R4A, get it. Since i had that version, i never had any problems anymore.

They won't admit to it because these problems don't exist anymore on the new phones

Tell them to replace the unit!!!
My old m was really f**ked up! Resets all the time!
Disconnects from GPRS while in use!
Poor Battery Performance!
Hangs all the time!
...and the list goes on and on...
So I sold it and was lucky to have bought one from a friend working for SE and sold me a T68m "replacement unit" this is the kind of unit that they give you if they cant fix your phone.
anyways, my friend told me that these units are the ones that are really of good quality.
True enough, i never experienced anymore headaches from my "m"

Lets just say that everyone else at that time was already using the latest software and my "m" was still running on its original SW which was R1B. I only had it upgraded when the MMS software came out.

So if I were you, I suggest that you should be a little bit assertive and ask them to replace it. My unit is a T68mi with Hardware ver R1b and is now on R2A SW, havent upgraded tto the R2E because I dont see the urgent need as of now.
