JBenchmark3D crashes on SE K700i |

Triangle throughput test runs ok but when JBenchmark3D starts texturing test my phone hangs. Power button become inoperate and only thing is to pull out battery. My K700i runs with R2AE033 firmware revision. Any ideas?

Yeh so does my S700i the latest vodafone firmware R3K004. I have no ideas either. JBenchmark3D does have scores from S700i handsets, but all with previous firmware.
