is there any program that will reduce the size of an mp4 from 176X128 to 128X106 or whatever.
because i have shawn of the dead on MP4 and its too big to fit on my k700 so i though if i reduce the size physically, it would then reduce the amount of memory on my phone

Use x3videoconverter. Its a fabulous app. And yes cheap too. Go google it !!
