The only way to start a new thread that I know of is to enter an already existing thread and instead of clicking on Post Reply you click on New Topic....
I'm sure there's another way but that's how I do it.

Now back to the topic, it wap a small plane flying over the whitehouse, so people were evacuated immediately in a convoy, and the public was asked to leave the area.

A teacher and a student were flying the plane. It came within 3 miles of white house. The white house was evacuated and two f16's guided the plane to a near by Air base immediately.
