Which of these can I listen to mp3 combined with my z800i or is it possible to do so?
The HBH-660?
Or the HBH-662?
The only difference I see is that the latter, HBH 662 supports Bluetooth class 1.2. Which class supportes the Z800i.
Haven`t been able to figure that one out yet!

Neither will let you listen to music from the phone.

Is that because the z800i doesen`t support this?

It's because HBH headsets from SE only supports the bluetooth headset profile, which doesn't carry music or anything like this.
Your device should support the "bluetooth audio gateway" profile. To my knowledge, no device of this type (typical BT headset) doesn't support this and I don't see the point since it has low battery life and it's only mono....
But if you click this link you will see that it exists.... http://www.google.ch/search?h[....]etooth+stereo+headset%22&meta=
Or this one (bottom of the page)
