K700i caller id - multiple contacts with same number |

Hi
I synchronise my K700i contacts with Outlook and I've therefore got a few contacts in my address book that have the same home number (e.g., folks living in the same flat, but with different mobiles). How can I change which name is displayed when I'm called by that number?
On my T630 it was a case of altering the order of the numbers on the SIM card (even though I used the main contacts) - the one at the highest position seemed to be the name that was displayed.
Does anyone know how I can achieve this on my K700i?
I've had a search round the forums but can't find an answer for this phone, just for previous.
Thanks

Have you tried to change the names in Outlook?
e.g.:
From:
Bart Simpson
Homer Simpson
Marge Simpson (the name you want being displayed)
1.Marge Simpson (now the first in list)
2.Homer Simpson
3.Bart Simpson
Then, deleting all the contacts in the mobile you could sync again and have, let's hope!, Marge as the first Simpsons' Home number Caller.
Keep attention to the Sync Order field on mobile: could be needed to write: Homer 1.Simpson and so on, in case of surname sync order..
In case of persisting problems you should DELETE the contacts affected also in Outlook and create their records in the same order you may need...
Let's try and please give us the results!

Hi Macco
Thanks for your reply - the thing is I really would like to do it without having to make changes to my address book - this is because I sync my contacts between my phone, outlook, and my Palm, so it would look a bit funny on the Palm with 1, 2, 3, etc. In my old T630 it was possible to tell the phone which order to use when matching names to numbers - it just seems a bit of an oversight on SE's part to reverse this useful functionality. I suppose part of it is because the phone doesn't let me select an existing contact to be the business card (whereas the Palm does).
Anyway, thanks again.
Cheers
