I can see there is great price difference between these two mobiles, but could anyone tell me what made the difference?

Read the FAQs

The T68i is identical in hardware to the T68, but has a different cover and different coloured key backlights.

The only other difference is the ROM, which the T68m can upgrade to, effectively giving you a T68i for less

Unless, this is, you're on Orange. They won't allow us to upgrade our T68s.

Basic software additions to T68i:
MMS
IMAP email
Screensavers
My Pictures
Picture caller ID.

Did I miss much out guys?

Apparently the hardware difference is that the T68i also has the ability to store numbers to dial the emergency services (911, 999, 112, 08 etc.). Not that big a deal.

The SAR rate is also lower on the T68i.
