Heyy all.
im on Cingular, and i have a t630. When i call another cingular user, and they are on the phone, it will say "call waiting at other party" on my screen, meaning the person is on the other line. anyone know what i mean? (i LOVE this feature) anyway, now cingular and at&t joined forces... if i call someone who has at&t... will it say this if they are on the other line, or only old cingular users??

I don't think I've ever seen that happen. Then again, I rarely call waiting. I would imagine that it would work with AT&T customers. You could always call someone with AT&T to find out...
I want to call a friend with Cingular just to see if I will get that call waiting message.

This is a Sony-Ericsson phone feature. It should work with most providers. |

I have never seen this feature work and I have called others when they were already on their phones. I have had service with AT&T TDMA, GSM and now Cingular. As a matter of fact I called a friend of mine yesterday who is on Cingular too and he was on another call. I use an SE and I didnt get any message. Wonder how it works for some and not for others. |
