My phone seems to be running slow at times sometimes it takes like 2 mins for phone to start up any help would be great

First delete the stuff u dont need like ringtones.second go and install the latest firmware

Well it varys every day but it's never over 250k i have over 170 tones and thats works out to be about 1.5mb and how do i get the new firmware

2 minutes? Wow that's a long time! I'd seriously consider backing your stuff up, doing a master reset, and putting things back on /selectively/. Do you really need 170 ringtones? [addsig]

My sons have noticed the same thing on their T610's. When the available memory reaches 300k-400k the phone takes a lot longer to do stuff (e.g. opening pics and starting java games).

They suggest keeping the free memory above 500k.

I always try to keep 900K free on my T630/Z600 to keep it performing well

@a...r6c used to work fine on my t610...but i never reached a stage where free mem was less than 500..600kb..
