hello,
i have the sony ericsson k500i, it is orignally orange network but i use my o2 sim card on the phone. i am not able to send picture messages or go on the internet as the wap settings are on an orange configuration. how do i change to them to 02 so i can do such things. i dont know what ip address and that to put in.
please help

Try to get it firmware upgraded.First Try sonyericsson.com for online settings.Just give them required details.They will send you the settings via sms.If this is not working then try the firmware trick.Dr.Pratik

@emma...looks like you have an Orange branded phone...you need to get it unlocked first before applying O2 settings ..are you in the UK ?

i got it sorted. i just did a master reset on the phone and sony ericsson updated my settings.
