The Sanyo S750 was first unveiled back at the end of 2004, and despite a somewhat cumbersome shape it was pretty well received. Now Sanyo has given the 3G phone a facelift, making it lighter, sleeker and more streamlined and it certainly does look a lot better now. It still manages to incorporate the massive 2.4” screen, one of largest currently available, capable of over 26K colours. The 1.3 mega-pixel camera with included flash also allows video calling.
Unlike its predecessor, the S750i now comes complete with a 32MB SD card (as opposed to an empty slot) but is capable of handling up 256MB, which is much more useful if you want to make real use of the phone’s MP3 compatibility or store long videos. Connectivity consists of Bluetooth, Infrared and a USB connection to a PC or Direct photo prints if you are using a Pictbridge printer.

Is it just me or is there more than a passing resemblance to the SE S700i?

hahaha probobly!
i thought about it... and SE isnt the only one who is going to make a swivel phone... and when the swivel is closed, i have to have certain buttons to still function.... so of course this is still going to look somewhat like the s700. thats why i think they look alike... but i guess thats the way it has to be

26k color screen or is it just a typo error for 262k? imagine how dull the screen would be for 26k... the s750i and s700i thingy just proves how SE is growing more and more influencial these days...

Come on! Its definitely 262k! But the 128*128 screen sounds grim!

Is 2.2 inches 128x128 pixels? It says HUGE screen. And yes, seems a typo, it's 262k screen for sure.
