Hi all, please help me I need advice.
My grand-mother wants to have a cellphone so I want to give het one as gift. Can anyone advice me on what is a nice cellphone for someone 73 years old?
These are the features required:
call with it and receice calls.
big bright and clear colour screen (high contrast, so no stn, but tft)
max weight about 100g, but phone schould not be too big, not as small as T100 or T610, but not so big as a P9xx.
price is no issue uh.. make that max € 200 (i'm not rich)
Everything was ugly, but your beautiful face. |

The Nokia 1100 has a b&w screen but is really straight-forward to use. My mother can use hers. :-)

okay black 'n white is okay, but need bright backlight, like white backlight and not blue or green.
I was thinking about the new Sagem VS (?) but I dunno if that model will ever be released here.
and should have option for speed dialing.
ngage qd is too big...

R320 or r310, big keypad and display, easy usage and very resistant.

Never though I'd say this but I think you should buy her a Nokia 3510i. My steph-father has one and he's the least technical person you could find around here (almost). Anyway he thinks it's the best phone he's ever owned. Big buttons, good screen and easy to hear when it rings.

Thanx all for thinking with me...
As I mentioned it should not be too big...
I was thinking about a T630 (white), Nokia 2600 or 3100
Or sharp GX15
If she wants a clamshell and umts, I get her a motorola V980 lol
