Hi all,

I've been trying to configure my (k700i)cell's email client, to the Gmail settings given by mb-new in this post :

http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=85909&start=15

The bizzare problem is, that when I try to enter a value for the Mailbox field (Mailbox: XXXXX@gmail.com), I can't get the @ character, it simply doesn't show when I press one (special characters).

Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Is there a way to fix/change this?

Thanks!

Could you please divulge the following details regarding your language choice:
Is it ABC or English?
Is T9 switched on?
Does it matter if I don't have a signature?

The @ is there, I know the bit in the email settings you mean. To find the @ symbol press the star button at the bottom left of your keypad. I think it was that if I remember correctly. It is there anyway:-)

Toney is right. On my T610, the symbol is found by pressing 0 key.

AFAIK in all SE phones when you typing mailbox address the position of symbols are changed. The @ is become on "0" key, not in "1" anymore. Dunno why SE doing this that makes us a little bit confuse.
