Hi guys.I want to setup my nokia 6600's mailbox for recieving my emails from my Rediffmail account.I am new to this so really confused about it.My mobile office with full gprs is active.Thanks for your kind help.

I dunno whether rediff offers pop3 mail. But have you tried www.bluebottle.com or wap.mymail.ro? I'm using them both on my ngage...

hey,
i tried bluebottle on my motorola A768i ...
it doesnt work ...
the phone just hangs ...

any trick ive missed out???

Same here....bluebottle works pefectly for me...in fact setting it up takes less than 5 minutes

maybe im doing something wrong ...
my settings for bluebottle are as follows:

SEND SETUP:
server: smtp.bluebottle.com
port: 110

email: @bluebottle.com
nickname:

RECEIVE SETUP:
POP3

Server: mail.bluebottle.com
Port: 110

username: @bluebottle.com
Password:

let me know what is wrong with these settings please ...

change smtp to mail.bluebottle.com...same as receive server..

use opera and browse www.rediffmail.com i do the same way

maddy, i simply use www.bluebottle.com as the incoming and outgoing server address. That works too!

cool...i think incoming and outgoing server need to be saet the same...and smtp authentication enabled...that gets it to work fine

Hi guys,i signed up for yahoo 1gb mail,for which i got free pop3 setup done.I am yet to test it whether it work or not.but tell me can i open attachments in my symbian phone?I use airtel.What are benefits of this pop3 mail?

tried both guys ...
i made the send and receive server the same ...

first tried mail.bluebottle.com and then tried www.bluebottle.com
they both dont work ...

are the port addresses ok??/

please help !!!

Mostly browser access on wap goes thus http://mobile.rediff.com/rediffmail/ and dont tell us you just asked about POP3's benifit .

Howz- no need to load adverts and other jazz of the site. Just convi.ce and ease of use for starters, is what I like. Thats what I miss with MSN. The site is spooky ..
