Has anyone in the uk had problems with getting on orange gprs or is it just my k700 nakered. Also do k700s work ok now on o2 uk?

What exactly is wrong with your gprs? Is it activated? More details.....

Ok. Is the gprs signal available? The blue triangle over the signal bars?

@leew...It's been intermittently unreliable for the past few days.It's being bashed at the moment,as tonight is apparently the final 'free for all'.Took me 10 to 15 attempts to get connection earlier.Just persevere.

Oh! Are things that bad in the uk?? Never faced these kinda problems here in india. Put in the right settings and you're ready to roll!

Na nothings bad. It was a promotional offer. Gprs has been free on orange for the past few months, but orange are shutting everyone down now. Mine stopped working a few hours ago. the offer is now over…i think?

yup i think im goin back to the o2 genie sim. WOW cnt wait 300 frre txts . is it just mine or is everyone on orange p&g got 3p texts. its quite good. What is the best and cheapest GRPS provider for the uk?
also has the text problem with o2 and the k700 been sorted yet?

Lee have you tried phoning Orange. They will sort you out no probs. Ask for their data team and if your phone is missing settings, they will text them to you and get you back online.

Orange gprs is about £4 per meg when o2s genie is about £2.35. If i ask orange, would they give me the unlock code and pac number for my phone?
