It is about time that MIKlsp hard work was recognised - he has provided a superb adition to this forum and i think the least it deserves is to be made a stciky!

it has flourished into being an essential tool for people to safely trade here on esato. By making it a sticky it would, as the name suggest, stick-out far more by remaining at the top of one or even both for sale threads and be an obvious 'first point of call' for new users to the site helping them feel safer when entering into their first transactions here! i have been asked a couple of times now by new users who have bought off me "where and what is the a-z of trusted sellers?". It is a invaluable thread helping users to feel safe and rewarding those traders who are honest.

I REALLY can't see why this hasnt already been made into a sticky!!! I actualy cant think of one reason why it shouldnt!

If you agree with me show your support by replying to this post and hopefully the mods will take note

It's not that simple.By that,Esato will acknowledge that those sellers r 100% trusted and no1 knows that.So it ain't gonna happen..it would b a nice addition anyhow.

that's a ridiculous arguement! it would take a whole of two lines to type a simple disclaimer to resolve that problem!

Agree entirely - this would make the thread far more visible and it is well worthy of it, in terms of it's use by and usefulness to the Esato Public.

Perhaps this should also be posted in the Esato Bug & Feature Forge?

Its a tricky subject.

701 has a point, if a seller noticed as trusted in the thread then scammed a fellow Esato member, then that member could blame Esato i.e. laffen, the mods because the thread was stickied and seen as a reliable source of info! [addsig]

just a reminder that mods can't make threads sticky, only one person can

I have no idea if this has been considered and if it has, the reason why it hasn't been made sticky, but in any case the thread gets posts almost every day and so is rarely far from the top of the list

also, stickys are only shown at the top of the list when viewing an individual forum and how many of us view individual forums that way? I personally only ever use the "new posts" link at the top and when I have scanned, read and replied I click the "mark all posts read" link at the bottom and start that cycle again. This is the most efficient way to keep up to date with whats new and in this way I never see sticky threads

I have said this all along but 701 does have a point

I am sure laffen has his reasons.

Thats exactly my point, does it? Is it really a reliable source of info?

Well, yes it is, it's fantastic and Mik does an amazing job, but it's also not 100 percent steel. [addsig]

very simply its a member run thread and Esato itself is not responsible for what is posted there and nor is Esato responsible for people using it as a reference or any problems that arise from anything to do with that thread

that said I think that MikLSP does a good job of ensuring it is quality
