I've seen (and used) these on my pc screen but I think its a little overkill on mobile phones when its so easy to cover with your hand or turn around away from prying eyes

but i do think these are quite useful on public transport for example..i use the london underground and i have seen that while seated the passengers right next to you left or right will always be curious as to im doing on my phone.Its just reassuring in way that what your doing on your mobile or pocket pc is private.
