dude,

this might be a code that your network provider has to provide. It happened to me in Kuwait. Call your GSM provider and ask them. By the way, what version of software are you running on your z1010? Thanks

Welll.... I`m not sure do I have to write that "code" (>*<<*<*<1) ? If so, in the software info, could it be R1J005? Sorry.... I`m not that good at Sony Ericsson handsets... and I think I`ll call those guys.... Ever heard of Orange? )

Happy Easter!!!

I still hope that someone out there can help me (

Thanks for the software version. I am not sure what to tell you about the password but I know that sometimes operators require that you enter a password of some sort when you download customizations to the settings of your phone. As I have said before, I had to do this when I had the Kuwaiti operator send the settings to my phone. Check with your operator. They can tell you better than I.

Hy!
I solved the passcode problem... I called Orange and asked them to send me the settings and it didn`t ask for a passcode .... but... I have another problem....
I need to make the settings for a Samsung D500, and, I heard that there are no settings for the phone coz it`s too new... :-/... Maybe I can find some settings in other countries and just.. change the "numbers"... can anyone tell me what goes where?
Thanx!
