Have you guys ever noticed a micro dent on new phones.If yes which one did you get like that.

micro dents are small dents maybe one or more in the phone's body.Not very visible just a part on finishing

Umm, by the time the phone has been scraped and dropped and sat on and used, I don't worry about the initial minor production features!

well mine had a dent it was a new K700i just got it as I need a small phone like that for the gym and run and stuff.Use it at work to as a second phone.well called se and they replaced it with a sealed box pc well i got it today only

if im talking about the same thing as you, these appear because of manufacturing processes.
when plastic components are moulded they come with a small part on the inside which (i think) attached the component to the mould in the machine. these get cut off straight away but leave these little dents on the outside of the mould sometimes.
why some plastic items have these and some dont i have no idea maybe there are different processes or it simply could be how thick the plastic is. [addsig]
