We all know the silly rule banning non-mobile items in the FOR SALE market forums, which I still think is rubbish btw, BUT now it seems it applies to LF: threads as well!
WHY?
Some of the 'arguements' against non-mob FS: threads were that it attracts scams and also Esato should be entitled make money from them but how on earth do these apply to LF: threads?!
What EXACTLY is wrong with asking for an item (such as an iPod charger) and a helpful member comes along and says 'here mate, u can buy one from this website'!!!
Can anyone explain the problem with this!

im starting to see his point TBH.
look how we all replied to the thread about stopping smkking and how it wasnt mobile phone related.
so why should that not apply to sales stuff??

I believe that Laffen should be smart enough to see that this forum is what it is because of the members.
Laffen NEVER answers peoples posts, the other members do.
Thats why there are so many "esatonians" because the current members help the newbies in a chain.
So just because he isnt 100% with selling non-mobile things on this forum, he should listen to the members cause they make the forum what it is, while he merely designs it.

Here is another option when you selling something put the item for sale in your Signature and alot of you post around and though its not as market driven as a thread for that...at least you can sell your stuff.. |
