After sending a JPG image (16bit, 640x480) to my T68i via irDA somethig strange happened. The phone informed me that the picture had been placed in "my pictures" folder. In this folder I there was only a blank (white) picture... after few minutes the phone stopped responding. I had to reset it (by removing the battery). Now, this picture I've sent to phone has dissapeared - in "my pictures" folder there are only previous pictures. Even this blank picture is no longer there. The problem is that this invisible picture is still in my phone - the avalible memory is now smaller - the missing part is the same size as the picture I've sent to the phone. How can I get rid of this data. This picture takes 200kb of my phone's mem - that's 1/5 of all. I cannot find it in any of phone's folders. help. |

Backup the phone data using http://www.christersson.org/software_backup.asp
The do a master reset Settings -> Master reset

I did exacly what you wrote - backup & reset. the problem is that I cannot restore phone's data - somthing goes wrong with IRDA transfer and T68i resets during operation. But I've got my mem back!!! |
