Help with V3 GPRS Settings |

Hi
I have a motorola V3 and use the O2 Online Sim which is meant to give you free GPRS when you top up.
I went on the O2 website and they sent me the settings but they do not work at all.
I put the settings in manually and now it works but I have to pay for all my GPRS.
Anyone any Ideas?? I think it could be something to do with the Proxy Port Numbers and maybe the username & Password.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yeh thanks but I have already tried that!
The settings are sent to my phone and but when I try to connect it says 'GPRS not Setup' some parts are missing.
Does anyone have the settings so I can set it up manually??
