which one is better or ny one tell is is there any difference between pc or an o2+ because o2 is compatable with 98,2000,2004 and xp is it possible to any work on o2 that can be done by pc?

CE stands for Compact Edition and it means that has less features and abilities but is well suited for portable devices such as Pocket PCs.
you can't install normal windows applications but there are a lot of tools and games available for this OS.
and also if you're a programmer, you can easily create your own stuff just by using the free MS Embedded Tools.

yes, if you don't want a PPC, then P910 is the best choice for you. but if you tell us what would you like to do with your new device, we may help you with more details.
