I fancy getting one of those, and I'm due an upgrade on the O2 online tariff. I don't see the XDA 2 Mini being offered on the website, or in any mobile phone shops in the UK - does anyone know if O2 Online offer this phone as an upgrade? |

O2 aren't doing the mini apparently, the only network I've seen with in the UK is T-mobile (MDA Compact)

Yeah, this is a little strange...
O2 used to have a whole mini-website on the XDA II mini, but now it doesn't seem to be there anymore...? Plus no O2 retailer I've spoken to has heard of it.

It is the same, minus the o2 firmware. Actually, there is even ANOTHER incarnation of it called the 'Krome Spy'...what a weird name!!!!Check it out at www.mobilefun.co.uk.

For some reason 02 has decided to launch the XDA II mini in Asia but not in the UK. You can get in India for example.
Not sure what their reason is, as I'm on O2 and would definitely get it as an upgrade if offered. |
