the see through sticker that protects the screen when you buy a phone. does any one know any shops that sell that type of stuff in the uk?

Try Cling Film........... Tesco's, Safeways etc sell it.

You need to be looking for pda protection film and have to cut it to size hope that helps you the film I used for my psion Revo does the trick.
