can some body tell me what is the software that will control the duration time of the screen saver?
i heard somebody said that there is a program like that and i am sure

As far as i know it doesn't exist the clock kicks in as a battery saver.

The only way is to create a screensaver and increase the duration of the screensaver for it to go through 30 frames.
