I saw the new T68i here in store last week and they now make 'em with a new soft of gray cover. Anyone knows where I can order such original covers with a buttonpad online ? |

Well, over here in Switzerland (or at least in Lausanne), they told me thant since they're official authorized SE service centres they're not allowed to sell nor change the cover of any T68 (ie T68m -> T68i).
Even if i bring my own cover and ask them to do the change in order to keep my warranty they say that's they can't do it. They did it once and SE Switzerland told them that they did a big mistake and that it should never happen again. So if done the warranty is void.
They spoke about a special warranty seal (something that only technician know about... Cytech? Can you confirm this???) that was removed if the change was made.
Anyone in Switzerland that did manage to do the cover change under warranty? If yes, how? |

Order them on ebay and do it yourself . Put the old one on when you take the phone in for service
