So I have done a deal with someone on the board for a phone, the handset is fine but the manual and software were not included. Despite plenty of requests this person has not delivered them.
So is he trusted or not?

I've had a similar problem with a lot of accessories missing & I still don't have them.
I haven't given a negative ref. but also I won't give a positive ref. either

simple lang naman yan pag di kumpleto ang package wag mo bilhen.. and besides bago mag close ng deal diba tinatanung nyo muna kung ano ang package..?kaya, nasa sayo nayun kung bibilin mo i hinde.RISK mo nayun. |

Yes, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered saying anything.
The person posted the phone and I have a PM saying they couldn't find the manual and software but it would be posted later.
The problem is, that I see it, is a manual and software cd actually increases the value of the phone by up to as much as £10.
