Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a Z500A SE phone with Cingular. It should be arriving either Monday or Tuesday. I'm a bit iffy about it now as I've read some bad reviews about it but am keeping an open mind until I get it and start playing with it.  I got it for free so I guess I can't complain.
Anyway, just wanted to say hi...

When I first time saw a Z500 i Like it right a way,
and I still like it 
So I think that you don't make a mistake
But you will judge for your self in few days and please tell us your opinion becouse there is not yet release a Internationl version of Z500

I was previously on a Motorola V60 with AT&T Wireless, which as you know merged with Cingular. My plan was bad and Cingular had a better plan for the same price, but because my phone was TDMA, I had to buy a new phone to switch plans. It was free though so that's nice (though I move next year so I'll have to cancel and stand the early cancellation fee).
It was shipped today according to the order status, and they say it takes one or two days, so it should be here by Tuesday. |

Tell us about how fast the EDGE speeds are. That is the one feature I wish my phone had.

This is my first phone with EDGE (my first GSM phone too)...my previous ones weren't nearly as fancy as this, so unfortunately I can't really compare.
First impressions are good, though the complaints about the keypad are definitely valid. That could have been better, but other than that, so far so good... My only big complaints are with Cingular's prices.
