Need help with oxygen phone manger 2! |

I am in need of help. I downloaded oxygen manager 2 so that i could change my operator logo on my nokia 7600. The phone is connecting to the software properly but when I try to write the new logo to the phone (or the wall paper) from the program the phone shuts down then restarts and no change is made. does anyone kno why it does this and how to stop it?? I really need to change the op logo!!! 
p.s i'm connecting to my computer using the DKU-2 cable

no this is downrite rediculous!!! i feel so ignored...unwanted....this is probably the lowest moment of my esato life...tings must be really bad...not even the newbies are posting in here to get their posts up!!! maybe because no one no's the answer mate,. well if the esato members dont no you can always go to www.howardforums.com and click on nokia forum, i am sure they can help.
