I was wondering If for example, I had like, 50% of bat left. and I want to connect my fone to the pc, should I like remove the charger from the cradle? or would it be fine if I would leave it resulting in more charging :| thanks!

Mobile are usually Li-Ion batteries now so there's no threat to charging them from half way seeings Li-Ion batteries don't suffer from the memory effect.

I've even been told it does the battery better than being constantly charged from completely flat.

I put mine in the cradle charging up as soon as I get in from work regardless of the battery charge status and it stays in the cradle until I get up in the morning. No problems so far

Charged SL45i for two years or three without even checking how much power I had left. Haven't noticed any evil issues.

Noticed same battery performance when battery is charged with fone or if i took out battery from external charger when full charged. If i leave battery all night long in external charger, got less standby time.
