It seems that everybody nowadays is on a megapixel hunt. Ideal resolution for camera phones to get nice amateur pics of acceptable quality is 1280x1024. Please understand that everything more than that on a camera with fixed focus is pointless. If you want high qual pics you won't get it with camera phone. Or an I wrong?

Hey autofocus and optical zoom are possible on a mobile phone, even better and better CCD sensors, but the K750 ain't gonna have all that!
The 2 megapixels on the K750 will make big pictures so you can clearly see what bad quality they are...
Everything was ugly, but your beautiful face.

I agree with the sentiments that megapixel cam phones are not that great. A decent lens on a camera is much more important than a large ccd sensor. Personally I feel that a 1mp phone with a 4mm lens (egK700) illustrates this perfectly!

i have a 4.8 megapixel, and it's great. But I find myself using my 2 megapixel more.
Crap! Forgot to put that in my pic!
It's nice tiny, and great.
At the end of the day it's not just about megapixels.
(although the phone industry is doing a good job of making it seem that way)

(note: back from czech, but very ill. Had to check esato though . I'll get back to the people i promised)

Photos made with k750 really look better, you can see a review at www.gsmarena.com. The pics are larger and more clear, k750 manages with different light conditions very well. But problem which every camera phone has (distortion of picture) stays. You can see what I meant best if you take picture of some grid drone closer distance.

I have two digital cameras, ones a Canon powershot s70 (7.1mp) and the other is a very old Fuji film 50i (1.3mp) camera, the Canon produces great photos, but so does the fuji, despite it being 4 years old and despite being only 1.3mp, especially if you compare photos both taken at 640x480 on both cameras. So really it is down to the lens not the 'Megapixel'

imho i really dont think that the K750i will change camera phones!!! or the world! Dont forget the Sharp 902sh has been around now for a good few months and it has a suprior lens and screen as all sharps do... Auto Focus and an optical zoom makes a good camera....

Check out the Samsung I700 (i think thats what its called) its got a lovely 7MP camera and 4 interchangeble lenses! [addsig]
