Has anyone in England managed to unlock his T68? I called the local unlock shop in Newcastle and they want to charge £30 for that which I find ridiculously high.

@cabamaru the price you got quoted is not that high. My local shop charges £25. They say that the reason for this is that they have to purchase log files for each phone they unlock.
If you do a search for unlocking there are several threads about the above topic.

THe thing is that they purchase the log files at a price a lot lower than the one they charge.Instead of paying 30GBP to them I could have payed 35 to my network to begin with...
