Just had this doubt creeping into my mind. Is the RAM taken from the internal memory of a phone or there is a seperate memory allocation for it? How much RAM does the P910 have? I know i'm sounding kinda stupid lol!!

The RAM is the virtual memory which run the applications and it is 64 megs. So it's not 'taking' anything.

A little something to add: 64 mb isbthe internal mem but the RAM is only half, the ROM being the otha 32mb.

701 is right. the memory in portable devices such as mobile phones and pocket pcs are separated into two different parts: RAM and ROM. the size of accessible memory (RAM) depends on the size of files located in ROM and not always the same size. and good to mention that RAM is also separated to two different parts: file storage and memory for running applications.
i'm not sure about P910 but it seems that it also uses the same technology.
