can anyone help me about my gprs access, i heard that this is the result if u used up your load up to a single centavo.... can someone help me to reset my gprs access.... i tried to call sun's attention but they don't know what are they saying....

Which phone are you using? And do you have the correct settings? Also, what error message do you get?
