Please help! V800 Screen White. |

i recently purchased a SE V802SE with the new Z800i firmware uploaded onto it.
I have had it now for about 2 weeks, and everything was going good until a couple of days ago when my phone rang.
i answered the call and noticed that my display on the inside was completely white (backlight works) i then closed it and noticed that my external screen was black.
everything works fine: make calls, accept calls. but i cannot see who is calling and cannot use the menus as i cannot see what i am doing.
i tried taking the memory stick out and trying the phone like that, but it did nothing.
please help!!! |

its a well known problem. i think its something to do with the battery over heating the phone (on rare occasions they get a little too warm)
take the simcard out then switch it on. the screen should reapear
if that does'nt work then its a CS job....

i tried taking the sim card but that did not work either,
