Nokia India Private Limited has decided to set up a full fledged integrated cellphone manufacturing base in Sripedumbudur near Chennai. The new plant is expected to commence commercial production in the first half of 2006. Sanjeev Sharma, managing director, Nokia India said Chennai will be Nokia's tenth mobile device production facility globally. An estimated investment of $150 million is being envisaged by the Finnish firm. The plant will be churning out both, GSM and CDMA handsets.

I have used all nokia mades so far and the best among them is germany and worst is china as far as the quality of vibration, camera clarity, voice clarity etc; is concerned |
