First of all, i'd like to know why the new lineup doesn't include an S700i update!? There's one with a 2 megapixel camera and MemoryStick Pro Duo support but it's still running the same small screen as a K700i! I wouldn't mind the aforementioned upgrades but theres no way i could go from 320x240 262k screen back to 128x160 or whatever it is.
I think for my next phone i would like to see a new P-series with 2 megapixels or better, maybe a nice crisp 640x480 262k screen, support for 1GB memory sticks, full screen video playback, changeable message tones, and more file format compatibility. Oh, and also the ability to sort files in media pllayer would be nice, as i ofter use my S700i as an MP3 player and the songs are automatically in order of the time they were recieved, which is a pain in the ass when you have full albums on there where the songs have to be played in a specific order so they blend together, ie. Ministry of Sound: 2005 Annual . I wouldn't mind some support for Mpeg 4 either, considering there'd be 1GB to play with. All the pro's of the new lineup, the S700i, the P910, and more.
Oh, my S700i recognises WAV files but doesn't play them... is that normal. | |

Mine recognises WAV files and plays them. I must admit I haven't seem the Aussie line up but I am suprised the S isn't included. The K750 will have a nice 262k TFT though won't it. It will just be around half the size. . |

that's weird that mine doesn't then. i checked out my local autorised SE dealer yesterday and no firmware update as yet, i'm running R3F008.
As for the K750i, not worth the upgrade to 2.0 Megapixel, i wouldn't be able to handle the downgrade to a tiny 176x220 pixel 262K screen. |

It does but I must admit I am torn between that and the P990. Although R3K sorted out a lot of bugs for me.
