Caviar sure is a food for the RICH and the FAMOUS ! Here in Manila we also have it's version, we call it - "BAGOONG" ! I just had my Fillet Mignon and T-Bone Steak/version @ (Tony Roma's), early lunch at one of the finest malls in the South of the Metro . . .
